Alexandra Coulson
Alexandra Coulson lives in Toronto and has completed her BFA at the University of Toronto and Sheridan College. She works predominantly in sculpture and performance art. Her work shifts a primary focus on to the tactile play between structural materials and the development of urban and environmental factors surrounding human impact. She is the recipient of the Therese Bolliger Award, 2014 and has recently exhibited works in a traveling exhibition #FreshAirMovement, Sept 2015 - January 2016 which visited thirteen countries, We thought we knew where we were, 952 Queen Street West, Trinity Art Show, March 2015 and Up One Side Down the Other, March 2014 at the Blackwood Gallery. She is part of the emerging artist collective 13, 450 sq. ft. |
